This MiHD.net Service Agreement describes the Terms and Conditions of Service on which MiHD.net offers services to you. This document outlines the Acceptable Usage Policy and various terms and conditions of use which are incorporated herein and which governs your use of the MiHD.net website and are collectively referred to as the "Agreement".
MiHD.net may modify the Agreement which will become effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the website and any associated services, the "Services", indicates your acceptance of the Agreement. If you are dissatisfied with anything related to the MiHD.net website, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Services. You use the Services of MiHD.net at your own risk
You agree while using MiHD.net services that you may NOT:

- Impersonate another person, whether real or fictional.

- Violate or attempt to violate MiHD.net systems or interfere with the normal use of the Services by users.
- Resale of MiHD.net 's products and Services.
- Transmit any form of solicitation or Spam.
- Promote an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work.
- Submit Content/Files that is libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, harassing, threatening, unlawful or promotes or encourages illegal activity.
- Submit Content/Files that violates the rights of others, such as Content that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or violates any right of privacy or publicity, or that is libellous or defamatory, or that directs any user to the content of a third party without consent of the third party;
- Defame or libel any person; invade any person's right of privacy or publicity or otherwise violate, misappropriate or infringe the rights of any person.
- Upload/Submit Files that compromise the security of the servers.
- Use MiHD.net services for messages of terror, depicts torture or death or harm minors in any way.
- Any tools/software designed and used to bypass our security, and automate the uploading an downloading of files to and from our servers without explicit authorization from the site administration are strictly prohibited.
All files are copyright to their respective owners, and MiHD.net does not own the copyright to files uploaded by users
